By California law all fees are negotiable. Their is a monthly service fee plus

We do charge up to 1/2 the first months rent depending on the property for finding, qualifying and providing appropriate disclosure and rental agreement.
Our contract is of a 1 year period of time.

We do not charge any fees when the property is vacant and there are no upfront fees
